目的:探讨二肽基肽酶4( DDP-4)抑制剂(维格列汀片)对2型糖尿病( T2DM)患者尿液、血清淀粉酶的影响。方法:将102例T2DM患者随机分为观察组52例以及对照组50例,对照组使用二甲双胍1500mg/d控糖治疗,观察组在使用二甲双胍1000mg/d的基础上口服维格列汀片100mg/d,治疗24周。观察两组血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-B细胞功能、血尿淀粉酶的变化情况,比较两组低血糖症的发生频次。结果:2组患者治疗后糖化血红蛋白( HbAlc)、空腹血糖( FPG)均较基线水平有所下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后空腹胰岛素(FINs)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HOMA-B细胞功能明显改善,两组患者低血糖发生频次无统计学差异( P>0.05)。治疗后观察组尿液及血清淀粉酶水平与对照组比较差别无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论:维格列汀片能有效改善T2MD患者胰岛细胞功能,而不增加患者尿液、血清淀粉酶水平,不引起低血糖发生率增加。

목적:탐토이태기태매4( DDP-4)억제제(유격렬정편)대2형당뇨병( T2DM)환자뇨액、혈청정분매적영향。방법:장102례T2DM환자수궤분위관찰조52례이급대조조50례,대조조사용이갑쌍고1500mg/d공당치료,관찰조재사용이갑쌍고1000mg/d적기출상구복유격렬정편100mg/d,치료24주。관찰량조혈당、이도소、당화혈홍단백、HOMA-B세포공능、혈뇨정분매적변화정황,비교량조저혈당증적발생빈차。결과:2조환자치료후당화혈홍단백( HbAlc)、공복혈당( FPG)균교기선수평유소하강(P<0.05),관찰조치료후공복이도소(FINs)고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조HOMA-B세포공능명현개선,량조환자저혈당발생빈차무통계학차이( P>0.05)。치료후관찰조뇨액급혈청정분매수평여대조조비교차별무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론:유격렬정편능유효개선T2MD환자이도세포공능,이불증가환자뇨액、혈청정분매수평,불인기저혈당발생솔증가。
Objective:To investigate the influence of dipeptidyl peptidase 4( DPP-4) inhibitors on the amylase levels of urine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:102 cases of T2DM were divided into observation group (n=52)and control group(n=50).The control group were treated with met-formin 1500mg/d.The observation group were treated with vildagliptin tablets 100mg /d and metformin 1000mg/d , for 24 weeks.Observing two groups of the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FIns), HOMA -B cell function, changes in the urine and serum amylase, and comparing hypoglycemia occurrence frequency of two groups .Result:After treatment,the lev-els of HbAlc, FPG of two groups were decreased after treatment (P<0.05).The levels of urine amylase, ser-um amylase of observation group were as well as the control group (P <0.05).The levels of FIns, HOMA -B cell function were statistically significant (P<0.05).The frequency of hypoglycemia were no significant difference ( P>0.05) two groups of patients , while the incidence of pancreatitis was no statistically signifi-cant ( P >0.05) .Conclusion:Vildagliptin tablets can improve effectively T 2DM islet cell function , while no increasing acute pancreatitis and hypoglycemia .
