目的：观察蒙药阿木日-6味散联合莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效.方法：将90例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例.两组病例均常规降血糖治疗基础上，治疗组用蒙药阿木日-6味散3g，日3次口服+莫沙必利片5mg，日3次口服治疗；对照组用莫沙必利片5mg，日3口服治疗.疗程均为4周.观察治疗前后两组胃排空时间、单项症状改善情况及临床总疗效.结果：治疗组胃排空时间优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗组在早饱、上腹胀痛、厌食、便秘4个单项症状的改善方面优于对照组（P<0.05）；临床总有效率治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）.结论：蒙药阿木日-6味散联合莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床疗效显著，是一种行之有效的治疗手段.
목적：관찰몽약아목일-6미산연합막사필리편치료당뇨병위경탄적료효.방법：장90례당뇨병위경탄환자수궤분위치료조、대조조각45례.량조병례균상규강혈당치료기출상，치료조용몽약아목일-6미산3g，일3차구복+막사필리편5mg，일3차구복치료；대조조용막사필리편5mg，일3구복치료.료정균위4주.관찰치료전후량조위배공시간、단항증상개선정황급림상총료효.결과：치료조위배공시간우우대조조（P<0.05），치료조재조포、상복창통、염식、편비4개단항증상적개선방면우우대조조（P<0.05）；림상총유효솔치료조우우대조조（P<0.05）.결론：몽약아목일-6미산연합막사필리편치료당뇨병위경탄림상료효현저，시일충행지유효적치료수단.
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Mongolian medicine Amuri-6 powder combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods:90 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Two group patients underwent conventional decrease blood sugar treatment, on the basis of that, the treatment group plus Amuri-6 powder 3g orally, three times a day, and mosapride tablets 5mg orally, three times a day. The control group was given mosapride tablets 5mg orally, three times a day, the treatment courses were 4 weeks. The gastric emptying time before and after treatment, individual symptoms improvement and total clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results:The improvement of gastric emptying time in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of early satiety, abdominal pain, anorexia and constipation four individual symptoms in the treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05), and the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Amuri-6 powder combined with mosapride has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.
