目的:通过建立Wistar大鼠创伤缺损模型,检测Wistar大鼠伤口的白细胞介素-1β,观察嘎木朱尔对大鼠创伤愈合的药效。方法:将72只Wistar大鼠随机分为蒙药组,云南白药组,模型对照组和空白对照组,每组18只。除空白对照组外,其它3组Wistar大鼠均建立创伤缺损模型,蒙药组以嘎木朱尔处理、云南白药对照组以云南白药处理,模型对照组伤口不做任何处理。造模后第1、3、5、7、9、14天分批处死各组大鼠,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠伤口皮肤组织的白细胞介素-1β含量。结果:蒙药嘎木朱尔能够明显抑制创伤组织中炎症因子白细胞介素-1β,效果优于云南白药组。结论:嘎木朱尔能够促进创伤组织的再生和修复。

목적:통과건립Wistar대서창상결손모형,검측Wistar대서상구적백세포개소-1β,관찰알목주이대대서창상유합적약효。방법:장72지Wistar대서수궤분위몽약조,운남백약조,모형대조조화공백대조조,매조18지。제공백대조조외,기타3조Wistar대서균건립창상결손모형,몽약조이알목주이처리、운남백약대조조이운남백약처리,모형대조조상구불주임하처리。조모후제1、3、5、7、9、14천분비처사각조대서,응용매련면역흡부법검측대서상구피부조직적백세포개소-1β함량。결과:몽약알목주이능구명현억제창상조직중염증인자백세포개소-1β,효과우우운남백약조。결론:알목주이능구촉진창상조직적재생화수복。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Mongolian medicine Gamuzhuer on wound healing rats through es-tablishing rat traumatic defect models and testing the interleukin-1βin rat wounded skins. Methods:72 Wistar rats were randomly divided into Mongolian medicine group, Yunnan Baiyao group, model control group and blank control group, 18 rats in each group. Except the blank control group, other groups’rats were used to establish traumatic defect models. The Mongolian medicine group was treated with Gamuzhuer, the Yunnan Baiyao group was treated with Yun-nan Baiyao, and the model control group was given nothing. After the 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 14th days of modeling, the rats were killed and ELISA was acted to observe the interleukin-1βcontent in wound healing rats. Results:Mongolian medi-cine Gamuzhuer can inhibit interleukin-1βin wound tissue, and its efficacy was better than that of Yunnan Baiyao. Conclusion:Gamuzhuer can promote the regeneration and repairation of wounded tissues.
