采用不同浓度Na2CO3溶液对玉米种子进行处理,通过测定发芽率、幼苗株高、根长、生物量等相关指标,探讨不同品种玉米对Na2CO3胁迫的相应情况,为筛选抗盐碱玉米品种提供参考。其结果表明:随着Na2CO3溶液浓度的升高玉米发芽率、株高、根长、生物量均逐渐降低;根冠比表现出两种情况,其中德农958、交单26和先玉335随着浓度的增加根冠比呈现先降低-升高-降低的变化趋势,而北京德农益丰29和北京德农交单20其根冠比随着浓度增加而表现为逐渐降低的变化趋势;综各项指标合得出德农958和先玉335对Na2CO3胁迫条件下各种形状表现要优于其它品种。

Maize seeds were treated with different concentrations of Na2CO3. By measuring the germination rate,seed-ling height,root length,biomass and other related indicators and to Investigate the different maize varieties to the cor-responding Na2CO3 stress,so as to provide reference for the selection of salt tolerant maize varieties. The results show:The Maize Germination rate,plant height,root length,biomass was reduced gradually with the concentration of Na2CO3 increased;Root shoot ratio showed two cases. First:The Root shoot ratio of De Nong958,Jiao Dan26 and Zheng Yu335 showed decreased-increased-decreased with the increasing concentration,while Beijing Denon Yifeng 29 and Beijing Denong Jiaodan20 indicated decreased with the increasing concentration;Integrated indicators that Denon 958 and Xianyu 335 is better than the other varieties on Na2CO3 stress conditions.
