采用ICP-AES法对甘草中的元素Al、Ba、As、Cd、Pb、Hg和Co进行了初级形态分析.结果显示,原药中的这7种元素的含量顺序为Al>Ba>Pb,其中元素As、Cd、Hg和Co未检出.总提取率的顺序为Ba>Pb>Al.颗粒吸附率最高的是Al为4.07%.加标回收率在98.43%-102.15%之间,RSD在0.05%-2.17%之间.本实验为甘草中的7种元素含量与药效关系提供了参考依据.

Analysis the primary speciation of glycyrrhiza in elements of Al,Ba,As,Cd,Pb,Hg and Co were carried out by ICP-AES method. The results showed that the order of the contents for the seven elements in the original was Al>Ba>Pb,including As,Cd,Hg and Co element was not detected.The total extraction rate was in the order of Ba>Pb>Al. The highest particle adsorption rate was Al (4.07%). The recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 98.43%-102.15%,and RSD was 0.05%-2.17%. This experiment provides meaningful reference basis between the content of elements and pesticide effect for glycyrrhiza.
