敞开式TBM适合硬岩掘进,其在软弱围岩中掘进时易出现坍塌、变形、撑靴反力不足等问题,结合兰渝铁路西秦岭特长隧道工程的实际施工条件,探讨软弱围岩地段对TBM选型的技术要求,使其适应所在施工段的地质条件,以实现安全、快速施工的目的。
敞開式TBM適閤硬巖掘進,其在軟弱圍巖中掘進時易齣現坍塌、變形、撐靴反力不足等問題,結閤蘭渝鐵路西秦嶺特長隧道工程的實際施工條件,探討軟弱圍巖地段對TBM選型的技術要求,使其適應所在施工段的地質條件,以實現安全、快速施工的目的。
창개식TBM괄합경암굴진,기재연약위암중굴진시역출현담탑、변형、탱화반력불족등문제,결합란투철로서진령특장수도공정적실제시공조건,탐토연약위암지단대TBM선형적기술요구,사기괄응소재시공단적지질조건,이실현안전、쾌속시공적목적。
Generally open TBM is suitable for hard-rock excavation.Collapse,deformation and hang boots insufficient supports easily occur in weak surrounding rock.This paper is based on Lanzhou-Chongqing railway west Qin-ling extra-long tunnel proj ect and introduces the selection of TBM construction requirements for surrounding rock,to adapt the Geological conditions of the construction section,in order to achieve safe,rapid construction purposes.
