利用透射电子显微镜研究了爆炸焊接的321/Qd370qD复合钢板焊缝界面附近321板的组织及其形成机制。结果表明,从界面向基体方向依次出现非晶、纳米晶、M23 C6相、渗碳体、孪晶及层错,在部分区域奥氏体内存在非常细小的颗粒。
利用透射電子顯微鏡研究瞭爆炸銲接的321/Qd370qD複閤鋼闆銲縫界麵附近321闆的組織及其形成機製。結果錶明,從界麵嚮基體方嚮依次齣現非晶、納米晶、M23 C6相、滲碳體、孿晶及層錯,在部分區域奧氏體內存在非常細小的顆粒。
이용투사전자현미경연구료폭작한접적321/Qd370qD복합강판한봉계면부근321판적조직급기형성궤제。결과표명,종계면향기체방향의차출현비정、납미정、M23 C6상、삼탄체、련정급층착,재부분구역오씨체내존재비상세소적과립。
Microstructures in 321 plate near weld interface of 321/Qd370 qD composite plate produced by explosive welding and their formation mechanism were investigated by TEM .The results show that the microstructures are successively amorphous phase , nanocrystal, M23 C6 phase, cementite, twins and stacking faults from the weld interface to the matrix , and fine particles exist in some regions of austenite .
