研究了经不同工艺渗碳和淬火的18CrNiMo7-6钢齿轮马氏体针长度的变化。结果表明,18CrNiMo7-6钢齿轮渗碳扩散期碳势降至0.7%,渗碳后较快冷却至650℃保温4 h,在160℃硝盐浴中冷却,再风冷至约110℃水冷,其表面马氏体针长可以控制在12.5μm以内,并可省略高温回火而不影响齿轮的热处理质量。
研究瞭經不同工藝滲碳和淬火的18CrNiMo7-6鋼齒輪馬氏體針長度的變化。結果錶明,18CrNiMo7-6鋼齒輪滲碳擴散期碳勢降至0.7%,滲碳後較快冷卻至650℃保溫4 h,在160℃硝鹽浴中冷卻,再風冷至約110℃水冷,其錶麵馬氏體針長可以控製在12.5μm以內,併可省略高溫迴火而不影響齒輪的熱處理質量。
연구료경불동공예삼탄화쉬화적18CrNiMo7-6강치륜마씨체침장도적변화。결과표명,18CrNiMo7-6강치륜삼탄확산기탄세강지0.7%,삼탄후교쾌냉각지650℃보온4 h,재160℃초염욕중냉각,재풍랭지약110℃수랭,기표면마씨체침장가이공제재12.5μm이내,병가성략고온회화이불영향치륜적열처리질량。
The change of martensite needle length of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel gear was investigated after being carburized and quenched with variable processes .The results show that the martensite needle in case of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel gear may be controlled as long as up to 12.5 μm by reducing the atmosphere carbon potential in diffusion stage of carburizing to 0.7%, relatively fast cooling from the carburizing temperature to 650 ℃ and holding for 4 h, and quenching in molten nitrate-nitrite salt at 160 ℃followed by wind cooling to about 110℃and then water cooling . Furthermore, the high temperature tempering sequence can be omitted without an influence on the heat treatment quality of the gear .
