采用激光熔覆与等离子渗氮相结合的工艺在45钢表面制备了高氮FeMnCrAl涂层。采用扫描电镜( SEM)、能谱分析( EDS)、X射线衍射( XRD)及硬度试验等方法研究了高氮FeMnCrAl涂层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨损性能。结果表明,经渗氮处理的FeMnCrAl涂层主要由ξ-Fe2 N、ε-Fe3 N和Cr2 N氮化物以及含氮α-Fe组成,其平均硬度高达1788 HV0.3,从而具有良好的耐磨性,磨损失重下降了约63%。

The high-nitrogen FeMnCrAl coating was prepared on 45 steel by means of laser cladding followed by plasma nitriding . The microstructure , hardness and wear resistance of the nitrided FeMnCrAl coating were investigated by using SEM , EDS, XRD, hardness test and other methods .The results show that the microstructure of the nitrided FeMnCrAl coating was composed essentially of such nitrides as ξ-Fe2 N,ε-Fe3 N and Cr2 N as well as nitrogen-containing α-Fe phase, and provided with average hardness as high as 1788 HV0.3, consequently offers excellent wear resistance , with its wore mass being reduced by about 63%.
