42 CrMo钢曲轴是16 V280系列大功率柴油机的重要零件,要求进行调质处理以达到所需的力学性能和允许的畸变量,其中淬火是关键工序。经查阅有关的文献资料和分析比较,确定淬火剂为AQ 251聚合物水溶液;淬火槽为圆筒形,容积35 m3,底部装有2台螺旋式搅拌叶轮和导流板。事实证明,16 V280柴油机曲轴采用该淬火系统淬火是可行的。

The crankshaft , made of 42CrMo steel, is an important part of 16V280 large power diesel and must be quenched and tempered to obtain both desired mechanical properties and allowable distortion amount ,and here the quenching is a key sequence .Through consulting the relevant literature data and analysis , it was determined that AQ251 polymer aqueous solution was used as the quenchant , and that the quenching bath was cylindrical configuration with volume of 35 m3 provided with two screw impellers and guide plates .The fact has shown that foregoing quenching system was feasible to quenching of the crankshaft .
