采用金相、X射线衍射、极化曲线测试、力学性能测试等方法研究了固溶处理对S32750双相不锈钢焊接钢管焊缝性能、组织的影响。结果表明,固溶处理能显著改善焊缝的低温冲击韧度和耐腐蚀性能;固溶处理前后焊缝各区域的相结构相同,但铁素体和奥氏体含量有差异,这种差异对焊缝耐蚀性的影响不大。
採用金相、X射線衍射、極化麯線測試、力學性能測試等方法研究瞭固溶處理對S32750雙相不鏽鋼銲接鋼管銲縫性能、組織的影響。結果錶明,固溶處理能顯著改善銲縫的低溫遲擊韌度和耐腐蝕性能;固溶處理前後銲縫各區域的相結構相同,但鐵素體和奧氏體含量有差異,這種差異對銲縫耐蝕性的影響不大。

The effect of solution treatment on microstructures and properties of welding seam of welded pipe of a S32750 duplex stainless steel was investigated using metallographic examination , XRD, polarization curve measurement and mechanical testing .The results show that the low temperature impact toughness and corrosion resistance of the welding seam can be significantly improved by solution treating , and that the different zones of welding are constant in phase structure , but variant in ferrite and austenite contents before and after solution treating.This difference has few influence on corrosion resistance of the welding seam .
