目的：探讨256层ICT头颅血管成像对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析35例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者，经CTA初步检查颅内动脉瘤后，做DSA检查或行手术治疗。结果：35例患者中检查出动脉瘤36例，前交通动脉瘤15例，后交通动脉瘤7例，大脑中动脉动脉瘤9例，大脑后动脉动脉瘤3例，双侧后交通动脉瘤同时存在1例。结论：256层ICT头颅血管成像快速又准确，是颅内动脉瘤筛选的一种安全、无创、有价值的首选影像学检查方法，能够为临床提供准确诊断结果。
목적：탐토256층ICT두로혈관성상대로내동맥류적진단개치。방법：회고성분석35례자발성주망막하강출혈환자，경CTA초보검사로내동맥류후，주DSA검사혹행수술치료。결과：35례환자중검사출동맥류36례，전교통동맥류15례，후교통동맥류7례，대뇌중동맥동맥류9례，대뇌후동맥동맥류3례，쌍측후교통동맥류동시존재1례。결론：256층ICT두로혈관성상쾌속우준학，시로내동맥류사선적일충안전、무창、유개치적수선영상학검사방법，능구위림상제공준학진단결과。
Objective:To investigate the value of 256-slice intelligent computed tomography(ICT)cerebral angiogra-phy in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods:35 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage were ret-rospectively analyzed. After initially diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms by computed tomography angiography (CTA),they underwent the digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examination or surgical treatment. Results:In the 35 patients,36 cases of aneurysm were checked out,in which 15 cases were anterior communicating aneurysms,7 cases were posterior communicating aneurysm,9 cases were middle cerebral aneurysms,3 cases were posterior cere-bral aneurysms,and 1 case was ambilateral posterior communicating aneurysm. Conclusion:The 256-slice ICT cere-bral angiography is the primary and valuable imaging examination method for screening intracranial aneurysm with the advantages of quickness,accuracy,safety,non-invasiveness,and it can provide accurate diagnosis for clinical doc-tors.
