建立一套卧式甲醇合成反应器气体分布冷模试验装置，通过测定反应器内压力分布和气速分布来研究气体分布的均匀性，试验采用上方进气和侧面进气方式。研究结果表明，卧式甲醇合成反应器内气体均布性良好，而上方进气方式能使反应器内部气体分布更均匀。

Construct a set of gas distribution cold-flow model experiment unit for the horizontal methanol synthesis reactor , to study the gas distribution uniformity by measuring the pressure distribution and gas velocity distribution in the reactor . Both ways of air inlet are used , which are top inlet and side inlet in the experiment . The results show that gas distribution uniformity is good in horizontal methanol synthesis reactor , and the gas top inlet way could make gas distribution more evenly within the reactor .
