阐述了中、低品位磷矿资源的物化特性、化学组分,并对黄磷生产中采用的高灼失、机械强度差的风化矿进行烧结处理的优越性和经济技术指标进行对比分析。结果表明:烧结处理可以充分利用廉价的中、低品位风化矿、粉矿和磷炉尾气,对企业技术升级换代、降低成本、可持续发展及磷矿资源的长期稳定供给有着积极的推动作用。

A description is given of physicochemical properties and chemical composition of medium-grade and low-grade phosphate rock resource , and a contrastive analysis is carried out of advantages and economic and technical indexes of sintering weathered ores with high ignition loss and poor mechanical strength used in production of yellow phosphorus .Results show that sintering can make full use of cheap medium-grade and low-grade weathered ore , ore fines and phosphorus furnace tail gas, and play an active role in promoting technological upgrading and innovation of enterprise , reducing cost , sustainable developing and long-term stable supply of phosphate rock resources .
