采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和ODS等色谱技术，对云南重楼的大孔树脂30％乙醇（体积分数）洗脱部位进行分离，得到13个化合物，通过理化常数和波谱手段鉴定其结构。化合物分别鉴定为calonysterone （1）， glycoside St-J （2），methyl ester of glycoside St-J （3），cussonoside B （4），methyl 3，4-dihydroxybenzoate （5），α-ecdysone （6），20-hydroxyecdysone （7），pinnatasterone （8），重楼皂苷H （9），重楼皂苷Ⅶ（10），parisaponin I （11），parisyun-nanoside B （12）和重楼皂苷Ⅱ（13）。其中化合物1-5首次从该属植物中分离得到，1-6首次从该植物中分离得到。

The chemical constituents of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were isolated by several chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS CC and preparation HPLC.Thir-teen compounds were obtained from the 30%ethanol eluting fraction of macroporous resin and their struc-tures were elucidated by their spectral data and physicochemical properties,which were identified as cal-onysterone (1),glycoside St-J (2),methyl ester of glycoside St-J (3),cussonoside B (4),methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate (5),α-ecdysone (6),20-hydroxyecdysone (7),pinnatasterone (8),polyphyllin H (9),polyphyllin Ⅶ (10),parisaponin I (11),parisyunnanoside B (12),polyphyllin Ⅱ (13).A-mong them,compounds 1-5 were obtained from the genus Paris for the first time,and 1-6 were isola-ted from this plant for the first time.
