Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis%Liliaceae%chemical constituent
采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和ODS等色谱技术,对云南重楼的大孔树脂30%乙醇(体积分数)洗脱部位进行分离,得到13个化合物,通过理化常数和波谱手段鉴定其结构。化合物分别鉴定为calonysterone (1), glycoside St-J (2),methyl ester of glycoside St-J (3),cussonoside B (4),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (5),α-ecdysone (6),20-hydroxyecdysone (7),pinnatasterone (8),重楼皂苷H (9),重楼皂苷Ⅶ(10),parisaponin I (11),parisyun-nanoside B (12)和重楼皂苷Ⅱ(13)。其中化合物1-5首次从该属植物中分离得到,1-6首次从该植物中分离得到。

채용규효주층석、Sephadex LH-20화ODS등색보기술,대운남중루적대공수지30%을순(체적분수)세탈부위진행분리,득도13개화합물,통과이화상수화파보수단감정기결구。화합물분별감정위calonysterone (1), glycoside St-J (2),methyl ester of glycoside St-J (3),cussonoside B (4),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (5),α-ecdysone (6),20-hydroxyecdysone (7),pinnatasterone (8),중루조감H (9),중루조감Ⅶ(10),parisaponin I (11),parisyun-nanoside B (12)화중루조감Ⅱ(13)。기중화합물1-5수차종해속식물중분리득도,1-6수차종해식물중분리득도。
The chemical constituents of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were isolated by several chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS CC and preparation HPLC.Thir-teen compounds were obtained from the 30%ethanol eluting fraction of macroporous resin and their struc-tures were elucidated by their spectral data and physicochemical properties,which were identified as cal-onysterone (1),glycoside St-J (2),methyl ester of glycoside St-J (3),cussonoside B (4),methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate (5),α-ecdysone (6),20-hydroxyecdysone (7),pinnatasterone (8),polyphyllin H (9),polyphyllin Ⅶ (10),parisaponin I (11),parisyunnanoside B (12),polyphyllin Ⅱ (13).A-mong them,compounds 1-5 were obtained from the genus Paris for the first time,and 1-6 were isola-ted from this plant for the first time.
