目的:探讨致癌基因促分裂原活化蛋白激酶活化蛋白激酶2(MAPKAPK2)的表达水平在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后中的评估价值.方法:采用免疫组化方法检测200例NSCLC组织中MAPKAPK2基因的蛋白表达量,采用Log-rank检验和COX回归分析MAPKAPK2表达与NSCLC预后的关联,并用时间依赖的ROC曲线探讨其预测价值.结果:NSCLC患者中位生存期随MAPKAPK2表达分级而显著缩短(低∶中∶高:22个月∶15个月∶8个月;Log-rank检验P=2.51×10-6);MAPKAPK2高表达组患者较低表达患者死亡率增加(HR=3.02,95%CI=1.86-4.92).NSCLC五年生存率下,MAPKAPK2表达的ROC曲线下面积值可达0.711.结论:MAPKAPK2高表达可增加肺癌患者的死亡风险,对NSCLC患者的预后具有较好的预测价值.

Aim:To investigate the predictive value of MAPKAPK2 expression on survival of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:The protein expression of MAPKAPK2 was examined using the immunohistochemical staining in 200 cases of NSCLC tissues.The effect of MAPKAPK2 expression on lung cancer survival was tested by the Log-rank test and COX model,and its predictive value was esti-mated by the time-dependent ROC curve.Results:The median survival time of NSCLC patients was de-creased significantly along with the increased expression of MAPKAPK2 (Low vs.Moderate vs.High:22 months vs.1 5 months vs.8 months;Log-rank test:P=2.51 ×1 0 -6 ).Compared to individuals with low MAPKAPK2 expression in cancer tissues,those with high MAPKAPK2 expression exerted a significantly higher lung cancer mortality (HR=3.02,95%CI=1.86 -4.92).The area under the ROC curve of MAPKAPK2 was 0.71 1 .Conclusion:High expression of MAPKAPK2 significantly worsen the prognosis of NSCLC,which might be a value predictive biomarker of NSCLC.
