目的：研究白细胞介素13（IL13）基因SNP位点rs1295686多态性与北方汉族儿童哮喘易感性的关系。方法采用SNaPshot方法对435例哮喘儿童和601例对照儿童的IL13基因位点rs1295686和对照位点rs9312717进行分型检测，并进行统计学分析。结果 IL13基因rs1295686位点的T风险等位基因频率分布在病例-对照组中差异显著（ P＝0.012， OR＝1.265，95％ CI 1.052～1.520）。对照位点rs9312717在两组中差异无显著性（ P＝0.359）。通过logistic回归分析rs1295686位点的基因型在病例-对照组中的分布，发现T基因型纯合子携带者发生哮喘的相对危险度较携带纯合CC基因型、杂合CT基因型者显著增高（ P ＝0.026， OR ＝1.568，95％ CI 1.055～2.330）。结论 IL13基因 SNP 位点rs1295686多态性与北方汉族儿童哮喘易感性具有显著相关性。

Objective To investigate the association between the rs 1295686 polymorphism of IL13 gene and asthma in northeastern Han Chinese children .Methods SNP rs1295686 of IL13 gene and control SNP rs9312717 in 435 pediatric asthma patients and 601 healthy controls were genotyped by using SNaPshot method .Statistical analysis were performed by using SPSS 19.0 software.Results A significant difference was found in rs1295686 allele frequency be-tween case group and control group ( P =0.012 , OR=1.265 , 95% CI 1.052 ~1.520 ) . However , but there was no difference for control SNP rs 9312717 between two groups ( P >0.05 ) .In addition , genotype analysis of rs 1295686 used logistic regression showed that the homozygous carriers of the at-risk allele TT had a significant increased asthma risk compared with the other allele carriers , such as CT and CC ( P=0.026 , OR=1.568, 95%CI 1.055~2.330) . Conclusion Polymorphisms of IL 13 gene rs1295686 is associated with childhood asthma in Han population of northeastern China .
