为明确10个枸杞品种在DNA分子水平上的遗传差异,利用ISSR分子标记技术对其多态性进行了分析。试验从100个ISSR引物中筛选出8个适宜引物,8个引物共扩增出90条清晰可辨的条带,其中44条带具有多态性,多态性条带百分率为48.9%,通过聚类分析,以阈值0.41为基准,把供试的10个材料划分为2个类群,宁杞5号和张成枸杞的遗传距离为0.6296,遗传关系最远。这将为枸杞的种质遗传多样性分析和杂交育种提供了初步理论依据。

To know the genetic differences in DNA level among 10 Chinese wolfberry varieties,the polymorphism among the tested plants were analyzed based on ISSR molecular marker. From 100 ISSR molecular primers,eight were selected and used for genetic diversity analyisis for the 10 Chinese wolfberry accessions. Ninety clear bands were am-plified,in which 44 were polymorphic,accounting for 48. 9%. At genetic distance 0. 41,the 10 Chinese wolfberry ac-cessions could be clustered into 2 groups. Ningqi 5 and Gouqi zhangcheng had the farthest genetic distance (0. 629 6). The result provided the theoretical basis for Chinese wolfberry genetic diversity and hybridization breeding.
