目的:探索激光散斑成像(LSI)技术在监测C57BL/6小鼠脑皮质血流中的应用,初步观察光化学脑梗死模型的脑皮质血流改变。方法:采用8只8~10周雄性C57BL/6小鼠,麻醉后切开头皮置于LSI系统下观察脑皮质血流变化。5只8~10周雄性C57BL/6小鼠制作光化学梗死灶模型,分别在光化学造模前及造模后24 h观察脑皮质血流变化,同时5只8~10周雄性C57BL/6小鼠假手术作为假手术组。结果:8只C57小鼠可以在不损伤颅骨的条件下实现较长时间的脑血流成像检查,具有较高成像质量,可以辨别脑皮质小血管血流变化。5只小鼠光化学造模取得成功,利用LSI可以观察到24 h后脑皮质梗死区血流量变化,部分小血管血流减少或消失。尼氏染色显示手术组小鼠皮质脑梗死形成。结论:LSI可以观察C57小鼠脑皮质血流变化,具有较高的空间及时间分辨率。
目的:探索激光散斑成像(LSI)技術在鑑測C57BL/6小鼠腦皮質血流中的應用,初步觀察光化學腦梗死模型的腦皮質血流改變。方法:採用8隻8~10週雄性C57BL/6小鼠,痳醉後切開頭皮置于LSI繫統下觀察腦皮質血流變化。5隻8~10週雄性C57BL/6小鼠製作光化學梗死竈模型,分彆在光化學造模前及造模後24 h觀察腦皮質血流變化,同時5隻8~10週雄性C57BL/6小鼠假手術作為假手術組。結果:8隻C57小鼠可以在不損傷顱骨的條件下實現較長時間的腦血流成像檢查,具有較高成像質量,可以辨彆腦皮質小血管血流變化。5隻小鼠光化學造模取得成功,利用LSI可以觀察到24 h後腦皮質梗死區血流量變化,部分小血管血流減少或消失。尼氏染色顯示手術組小鼠皮質腦梗死形成。結論:LSI可以觀察C57小鼠腦皮質血流變化,具有較高的空間及時間分辨率。
목적:탐색격광산반성상(LSI)기술재감측C57BL/6소서뇌피질혈류중적응용,초보관찰광화학뇌경사모형적뇌피질혈류개변。방법:채용8지8~10주웅성C57BL/6소서,마취후절개두피치우LSI계통하관찰뇌피질혈류변화。5지8~10주웅성C57BL/6소서제작광화학경사조모형,분별재광화학조모전급조모후24 h관찰뇌피질혈류변화,동시5지8~10주웅성C57BL/6소서가수술작위가수술조。결과:8지C57소서가이재불손상로골적조건하실현교장시간적뇌혈류성상검사,구유교고성상질량,가이변별뇌피질소혈관혈류변화。5지소서광화학조모취득성공,이용LSI가이관찰도24 h후뇌피질경사구혈류량변화,부분소혈관혈류감소혹소실。니씨염색현시수술조소서피질뇌경사형성。결론:LSI가이관찰C57소서뇌피질혈류변화,구유교고적공간급시간분변솔。
ObjectiveTo explore the application of laser speckle imaging in monitoring C57BL/6 mice cerebral blood flow under normal condition and the photochemical infarction. Methods:Eight 8~10 weeks male C57BL/6 mice were used for blood flow detection. The cortex blood flow of the C57BL/6 mice was monitored by laser speckle imaging system for 30 minutes. Five 8~10 weeks male C57BL/6 mice were induced cortical photochemi-cal infarct while five 8~10 weeks male C57BL/6 mice in sham group received sham operation. Laser speckle imaging was preformed before and 24 hs after the surgery. Results:Eight C57 mice can be detected cerebral blood flow imaging with high image quality without damaging the skull. The small blood vessels can be observed by this system. In the photothrombosis group, small blood flow was decreased or disappeared on the cortex of mice using laser speckle image. Conclusion:The image of C57 mice brain cortical blood flow could be obtained by laser speckle imaging with high spatial and temporal resolution.
