超声非线性测试系统的性能直接影响材料非线性系数测量的可靠性。在非线性系统中,相对于基频信号幅值而言,谐频幅值通常很小,难以观察。本研究对如何在所搭建的测试系统中提取需要的二次谐波信号进行了分析,并研制了相对应的滤波系统,给出高阶有源滤波系统的设计方案和对该系统进行了仿真,仿真结果证实:所研制的滤波系统实现了从大振幅信号中提取小振幅信号的功能,同时抑制了仪器自身所产生的部分非线性因素。

The reliability of the material nonlinearity coefficient measurement is affected by the performance of nonlinear ultrasonic testing system performance directly. In nonlinear ultrasonic testing, the amplitude of harmonic signal is usually smaller than the base signal, and difficult to be detected. This topic analyses how to extract the second harmonic signal from the test system needs,the corresponding filter system is developed,and the design of high-order active filter system is given. Through the study of the simulation of the system, the simulation results confirmed that the system has realized the function of extract small amplitude from the large amplitude signals. At the same time, it can also suppress some nonlinear factors produced by the instrument itself.
