本文通过碱融补差法,将铸铁样品溶解完全,既解决了C在样品中的干扰吸附问题,又使得Si完全保留在溶液当中,实现了采用ICP-AES同时测定样品中包括Si在内的多种元素。并对方法的准确度、精密度进行分析,测定结果表明该方法的RSD均在0.5%~7%之间,能够满足铸铁以及铸铁中间产品中杂质元素的测定。

Cast iron was dissolved completely by alkali melting result , which solvesd the adsorption disturbance problem of C in sample and kept Si in solution at the same time , realizing simultaneous determination of multiple elements in cast iron including Si by ICP-AES.Precision and accuracy were studid in this article .Result showed that the RSD of this method was between 0.5%~7%, meeting the requirement to determine the impurity elements in cast iron and its intermediate product .
