内蒙古某铁矿是属磁铁矿和赤铁矿混合型低品位铁矿,根据该矿性质,采用一次弱磁,阶段磨矿,二次强磁,强磁精矿反浮选工艺流程。实验最终可获得品位65.02%、回收率20.74%的弱磁铁精矿和品位58.78%、回收率29.93%的反浮选铁精矿,综合铁精矿品位为61.18%,综合回收率达到50.67%。

The iron ore tested in Inner Mongolia is a low grade hybrid iron ore of magnetite and hematite .According to the feature of the ore, a beneficiation process was scheduled with a weak magnetic concentration , a phase grinding and second-ary magnetic concentration , reverse flotation process for strong magnetic ore concentrate .Experiment results showed that good concentration indicator has been obtained , with grade of 65.02%, recovery of 20.74%for weak magnetite concentrate , with grade of 58.78%and recovery rate of 29.93%for the reverse flotation of iron concentrate , and comprehensive grade of 61.18%for the iron concentrate , comprehensive recovery rate of 50.67%.
