通过分析我国智能交通系统建设现状和存在问题,结合目前道路交通管理信息采集与服务需求,设计了基于物联网技术的道路交通信息采集与服务框架,以公安交通指挥平台为核心,集成各类交通信息采集与服务系统,实现交通路况信息全天候采集和智能分析、交通信息服务和出行诱导,以及区域交通流协调组织等功能。基于该框架体系,分别从交通流信息采集、交通信息发布与诱导服务、交通信号协调控制、公交优先等方面,对比分析了基于ITS技术的传统应用与基于物联网技术的新型应用的优缺点。结论:物联网技术应用将有利于突破现有ITS应用模式的弊端,提高交通信息采集精度,提升公众出行服务水平。

By analyzing the situation and problems of the construction of intelligent transportation system, combined with the current needs of traffic management information collection and service, the framework of traf-fic information collection and service based on the technology of Internet of Things has been designed. Working as the core, the public security platform of traffic control integrates various types of traffic information collection and service systems. It can perform the collection and intelligence analysis of all-weather traffic information, and offer traffic information and induced services, as well as coordination and control of regional traffic flow, etc. Then, the traditional applications of ITS technology and the new application model based on the Internet of Things technology are brought into comparison, from the perspective of traffic flow information collection, traffic infor-mation services, traffic signal control and transit signal priority respectively. Finally, technology on the Internet of Things will break through the existing mode of ITS application, enhance the accuracy of traffic information col-lection, and improve the service level of public travel.
