图书馆联盟采购数据库资源的模式越来越多的受到社会的关注和研究。本文通过对福建省和遴选华东地区部分高校图书馆联盟采购数据资源情况，对其组织形式、方法、程序等进行对比分析，总结出其优点及不足，旨在探讨共享数据库资源的联合采购最佳模式，一方面有利于丰富和促进数据库资源共建共享的理论研究；另一方面为福建省各高校已加入数据库联盟采购行列提供可借鉴的采购运行机制。

More and more attention is paid to purchasing database mode of the library consortium. Hence, in comparison with the form, method and procedure of library Alliance in Fujian province and some in East China, this papers aims to explore the best joint purchasing mode of shared database resources. On the one hand, it can promote the theoretical study on the construction and sharing of database resources, on the other hand, it puts some purchasing mechanisms for the universities in Fujian Province that have joined the database cooperative acquisition.
