以红豆树嫩枝及硬枝插条为材料,采用ABT类生根粉为生长调节剂进行红豆树扦插育苗试验。结果表明:嫩枝扦插枝条生根效果优于硬枝扦插,带顶芽主枝插穗生根效果最佳;同时ABT类生根粉的应用在不同程度上促进红豆树插条的植物生根,以ABT6100 mg· L-1处理15 min,红豆树的扦插效果及各形态指标最佳。

Taking the cutting branches of Ormosiahosiei Hemsl.etWils as the materials, this paper used ABT growth regulator to con-duct the Ormosiahosiei Hemsl.etWils cutting and seedling raising test.The results showed that the twig cuttings rooting effect was better than that of hard branch cutting branches,the central cuttings rooting effect was best with peak buds;at the same time the ap-plications of those ABT rooting powder promote Ormosiahosiei Hemsl.etWils cuttings rooting, 100 mg· L-1 of ABT6 was dealt with for 15 min, Ormosiahosiei Hemsl.etWils cutting effect and different indexes was the best.
