以银杏外种皮为原料,在单因素试验基础上,采用二次回归正交试验优化超声辅助提取银杏皮中银杏酸的工艺条件。结果表明,超声辅助提取银杏皮中银杏酸的最优工艺条件为:超声波频率25 kHz、料液比1∶26 g · mL-1、提取时间1.83 h、提取温度56℃,银杏酸提取率为1.91%。

이은행외충피위원료,재단인소시험기출상,채용이차회귀정교시험우화초성보조제취은행피중은행산적공예조건。결과표명,초성보조제취은행피중은행산적최우공예조건위:초성파빈솔25 kHz、료액비1∶26 g · mL-1、제취시간1.83 h、제취온도56℃,은행산제취솔위1.91%。
Ginkgoic acid was extracted through ultrasonic aids to use seed coat of ginkgo as matierial.The process conditions were op-timazed by quadratic regression orthogonal test method based on single factor experiment.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows:ultrasonic frequency 25 kHz,ratio of material to liquid 1∶26 g· mL-1 ,extracting time 1.83 h,ex-traction temperature 56 ℃.The ginkgoic acid extraction efficiency could reach 1.91%.
