在连续平压法生产线上进行制备低密度纤维板试验,分别探讨板材密度、二次加压区热压温度对板材主要力学性能的影响,并通过正交试验分析板材密度、二次加压区热压压力、施胶量、钢带运行速度4个因素对低密度纤维板主要性能的影响,结果表明:各因素对板的内结合强度与静曲强度影响大小顺序为:板材密度、二次加压区热压压力、施胶量、热压时间;其中,密度对板材性能的影响极显著。采用二次加压区热压压力0.4 MPa,施胶量16%,热压时间10.5 s· mm-1,二次加压区热压温度190℃的工艺组合采用连续平压法生产厚度18 mm的低密度纤维板,密度为563.56 kg· m-3、内结合强度为0.46 MPa、静曲强度为24.5 MPa、弹性模量为2356 MPa、吸水厚度膨胀率为10.8%,达到GB/T 11718-2009中干燥状态下使用的普通型中密度纤维板性能要求。
在連續平壓法生產線上進行製備低密度纖維闆試驗,分彆探討闆材密度、二次加壓區熱壓溫度對闆材主要力學性能的影響,併通過正交試驗分析闆材密度、二次加壓區熱壓壓力、施膠量、鋼帶運行速度4箇因素對低密度纖維闆主要性能的影響,結果錶明:各因素對闆的內結閤彊度與靜麯彊度影響大小順序為:闆材密度、二次加壓區熱壓壓力、施膠量、熱壓時間;其中,密度對闆材性能的影響極顯著。採用二次加壓區熱壓壓力0.4 MPa,施膠量16%,熱壓時間10.5 s· mm-1,二次加壓區熱壓溫度190℃的工藝組閤採用連續平壓法生產厚度18 mm的低密度纖維闆,密度為563.56 kg· m-3、內結閤彊度為0.46 MPa、靜麯彊度為24.5 MPa、彈性模量為2356 MPa、吸水厚度膨脹率為10.8%,達到GB/T 11718-2009中榦燥狀態下使用的普通型中密度纖維闆性能要求。

The low density of fibreboard( LDF) was prepared through continuous hot-press method, and the effects of density and hot-pressing temperature of second pressurized area on main performances of LDF was discussed.Meanwhile, the effects of 4 factors of density, hot-pressing pressure of second pressurized area, glue consumption, steel belt running speed on main performances of LDF was analyzed by orthogonal design.The results showed that the sequencing of 4 factors affecting IB and MOR of LDF was densi-ty, hot-pressing pressure of second pressurized area, glue consumption, hot-pressing time, and there was significant effect of den-sity on main performances of LDF.It was feasible that LDF with the density of 563.56 kg· m-3 was manufactured under the techno-logical conditions as follows:hot-pressing pressure of two pressurized area of 0.4 MPa, glue consumption of 16%, hot-pressing time of 10.5 s· mm-1 , hot-pressing temperature of 190 ℃ at second pressurized area, Art combination used the continuous pressing method to produced 18 mm thick low density of fiberboard with the density of 563.56 kg· m-3, internal bond strength of 0.46 MPa, static music intensity was 24.5 MPa, modulus of elasticity was 2356 MPa, bibulous ply expands rate was 10.8%, which reached the ordinary medium density of fiberboard performance requirements in dry condition in GB/T 11718-11718.
