The incremental cost of available green buildings is significant for the policy -making and promotion of green buildings in Fu-jian.Based on the resource conditions of Fujian Province and specific situation of each project , the present work analyzes the incremental costs and their corresponding components of some typical green buildings , and makes comparisons with the existing data .
