应用透入深度分析法对两种实心转子三相异步电动机进行了参数分析与计算。设计了两种实心转子三相异步电动机,分别进行了负载和起动性能试验。对比试验结果,得出笼型铜条实心转子三相异步电动机更适用于起重机械的运行机构上。

The penetration depth analysis method was used to parameter analyzed and calculated for two kinds of solid rotor three-phase asynchronous motors. Two kinds of solid rotor three-phase asynchronous motors were designed, and then tests of load and starting performance were done respectively. Compared the experimental results, squirrel-cage copper bar solid rotor asynchronous motor was more applicable to the traveling mechanism of hoisting machinery.
