为降低小型无刷直流电机的振动和噪声,设计了一种180o正弦波驱动的具有最佳磁极削角的无刷直流电机。采用TB6556FG控制器和IPM模块TP4124AK构建正弦波驱动系统,来抑制换向电流的突变。结合ANSYS有限元分析软件对无刷直流电机进行分析,计算出最佳的磁极削角尺寸,来抑制转矩脉动,并进行了样机试验,电机的振动和噪声抑制效果明显。该方法可有效改善电机性能,对降低电机的振动和噪声具有一定的工程应用价值。

A minitype brushless DC motor of optimal magnet chamfering for 180o sinusoidal driving was designed to reduce vibration and noise of the motor. Firstly sinusoidal drive system was designed with TB6556FG and TP4124AK for suppressing mutation of commutation current;Finite element analysis software of ANSYS was employed to analyze brushless DC motor, and to calculate the optimal magnet chamfering for suppressing torque ripple. The motor was manufactured, and the vibration and noise of brushless DC motor were reduced effectively. This method could improve the characteristics of motors, and it was significant value to reduce vibration and noise of motors.
