目的：探讨加强心理护理对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者临床疗效的影响。方法将80例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组予奥替溴铵、常规护理。观察组在对照组基础上加强心理护理。对患者出院6周后进行随访，比较2组治疗前、后焦虑、抑郁评分和疗效。结果观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组；观察组治疗总有效率95％高于对照组的治疗总有效率75％。结论加强心理护理可提高腹泻型肠易激患者的临床疗效。
목적：탐토가강심리호리대복사형장역격종합정환자림상료효적영향。방법장80례복사형장역격종합정환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각40례。대조조여오체추안、상규호리。관찰조재대조조기출상가강심리호리。대환자출원6주후진행수방，비교2조치료전、후초필、억욱평분화료효。결과관찰조HAMA、HAMD평분저우대조조；관찰조치료총유효솔95％고우대조조적치료총유효솔75％。결론가강심리호리가제고복사형장역격환자적림상료효。
Objective To observe the effects of strengthening psychological nursing in the patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome .Methods 80 patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) .The control group was given otilonium bromide and routine care ,and the observation group was given strengthening psychological nursing at the base of the control group .The scores of depressed ,anxiety and curative effect of 2 groups were compared at 6 weeks after discharge .Results After treatment ,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group .The total effective rate of the observation group was 95% ,which was higher than those in the control group was 75% .Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing can improve the clinical efficacy of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel .
