目的：为了探讨广西城镇职工医疗保险基金使用的规律，对2011年广西城镇职工基本医疗保险基金使用的情况进行了分析。方法：应用帕累托法则，按在职职工住院、门诊、药店购药和退休职工的住院、门诊、药店以及离退休、公务员、伤残军人等使用医疗保险基金情况分为13类进行统计分析。结果：统计使用分类情况的区间内有5种医疗费用支出累计构成比占医疗保险基金使用的73.9%，依次为：退休职工住院费用、在职职工住院费用、在职门诊医疗费用、在职职工药店购药费用、退休职工门诊医疗费用。结论：得到广西城镇职工基本医疗保险使用情况的帕累托图，可以为广西城镇职工基本医疗保险工作提供重要的决策参考。

Objective: In order to investigate the rule of using medical insurance fund for urban workers in Guangxi, the usage of the primary medical insurance fund for urban workers in Guangxi of 2011 is analyzed. Methods: Using the Pareto Principle to divide the medical insurance fund into 13 categories for statistical analysis: inpatient, outpatient, pharmacies, retired, civil servants and disabled veterans etc. Results: There are 5 kinds of medical expense cumulative proportion accounted for 73.9% of the medical insurance in the range of the statistical using classification, known as hospitalization costs of retired workers, hospitalization costs of service workers, outpatient medical costs of service workers, pharmacies cost of service workers and outpatient medical costs of retired workers. Conclusion: Getting the Pareto chart of the basic medical insurance usage for urban workers in Guangxi could provide important decision-making reference for primary medical insurance of urban workers in Guangxi.
