目的：探讨血浆脂肪因子Apelin水平与2型糖尿病合并冠心病风险的相关性。方法选取50例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为观察组，另选取同期收治的50例2型糖尿病无合并冠心病患者作为对照组，比较两组患者血浆Apelin水平，以多因素Logistic回归分析对血浆Apelin水平与2型糖尿病合并冠心病风险相关性进行评价。结果观察组血浆Apelin水平为（2．37±0．62）ng/ml，低于对照组的（4．81±1．05）ng/ml（ P ＜0．01）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，血浆Apelin水平较低是糖尿病患者发生冠心病的一个独立危险因素（OR＝0．693，95％CI为0．427～0．872， P ＜0．01）。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血浆Apelin水平低于无合并冠心病患者，提示血浆Apelin水平测定可预测2型糖尿病合并冠心病的风险。
목적：탐토혈장지방인자Apelin수평여2형당뇨병합병관심병풍험적상관성。방법선취50례2형당뇨병합병관심병환자작위관찰조，령선취동기수치적50례2형당뇨병무합병관심병환자작위대조조，비교량조환자혈장Apelin수평，이다인소Logistic회귀분석대혈장Apelin수평여2형당뇨병합병관심병풍험상관성진행평개。결과관찰조혈장Apelin수평위（2．37±0．62）ng/ml，저우대조조적（4．81±1．05）ng/ml（ P ＜0．01）。다인소Logistic회귀분석현시，혈장Apelin수평교저시당뇨병환자발생관심병적일개독립위험인소（OR＝0．693，95％CI위0．427～0．872， P ＜0．01）。결론2형당뇨병합병관심병환자혈장Apelin수평저우무합병관심병환자，제시혈장Apelin수평측정가예측2형당뇨병합병관심병적풍험。
Objective To investigate the relativity between Apelin levels of plasma adipokines and type 2 diabetes complicated with heart disease .Methods Fifty cases of type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease were selected as observation group ,and other 50 cases of type 2 diabetic patients without coronary heart disease in same period were selected as control group .The plasma Ape-lin levels of two groups were compared .The relativity between Apelin levels of plasma adipokines and the risk factors of type 2 diabetes with heart disease were analyzed by multiple factor Logistic regression .Results Plasma Apelin levels of patients in the observation group were (2.37 ±0.62) ng/ml,which were lower than that of the control group ( P <0.01).Multiple factor Logistic regression anal-ysis results showed that low plasma Apelin levels were an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease in diabetic patients ( OR:0.693,95%CI:0.427~0.872, P <0.01).Conclusion Plasma Apelin levels of type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease were significantly lower than that of patients without coronary heart disease ,which show that plasma Apelin levels can be used to predict the risk of type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease .
