目的：通过调查分析德阳市人民医院急诊绿色通道无缝衔接的运行现状，为完善绿色通道提供依据。方法回顾分析2013年1月~6月的急诊危重患者绿色通道的运行情况，包括一般情况，院外急救时间，抢救室时间，转运时间进行分析。结果共纳入1427例急诊危重患者，院外急救时间平均（7.79±6.54）min，抢救室时间(26.44±19.27) min，转运时间(9.45±5.12) min,表明急诊危重患者绿色通道有待改善。结论绿色通道的无缝衔接方面还存在许多问题，这需要我们掌握本院本地区的绿色通道现状，建立完整的规章制度，提高硬件条件，落实各个环节，不断的演练，才能提高绿色通道质量。
목적：통과조사분석덕양시인민의원급진록색통도무봉함접적운행현상，위완선록색통도제공의거。방법회고분석2013년1월~6월적급진위중환자록색통도적운행정황，포괄일반정황，원외급구시간，창구실시간，전운시간진행분석。결과공납입1427례급진위중환자，원외급구시간평균（7.79±6.54）min，창구실시간(26.44±19.27) min，전운시간(9.45±5.12) min,표명급진위중환자록색통도유대개선。결론록색통도적무봉함접방면환존재허다문제，저수요아문장악본원본지구적록색통도현상，건립완정적규장제도，제고경건조건，락실각개배절，불단적연련，재능제고록색통도질량。
Objective To investigate the operational status of seamless fast passage in People’s Hospital of Deyang City, and to provide the basis for improving the fast passage. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to collect the data including the general situation, pre-hospital time, emergency room time and transit time from January 2013 to June. Results There were 1427 cases of emergency critically ill patients. The average time of pre-hospital、emergency room and transit was respectively(7.79±6.54)min、(26.44±19.27)min、(9.45±5.12) min.Also it indicated the fast passage should be improved. Conclusions There were many problems with fast passage’s seamless.To analyzed and grasp the operational status of each hospital, to further improve the rules and regulations, to improve the hardware conditions, and to undertake the ongoing exercise is bound to improve the quality of the fast passage.
