目的:探讨脑卒中的院外快速诊断的方法。方法随机选取本中心2012年6月~2013年6月200例急性起病,表现为神经症状或体征的非创伤,非妇产科疾病,非昏迷的病例,随机分为对照组和筛查组,分别应用传统诊断方法和洛杉矶院外卒中筛查量表LAPSS进行卒中筛查,以最终临床诊断为标准,比较两种方法的耗费时间,诊断的符合率,评价洛杉矶院外卒中筛查量表LAPSS对院外脑卒中快速诊断的应用价值。结果筛查组的耗费时间和诊断符合率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用洛杉矶院外卒中筛查量表LAPSS对于脑卒中院外快速诊断具有显著意义,可以考虑将其作为我国院外急救的参考诊断流程。

Objective To explore methods for fast diagnosis of stroke on pre-hospital stage. Methods 200 stroke patients who received pre-hospital care from Wuhan Medical Emergency Center were divided into two groups, control group and screening group. While the control group was adopted with conventional method for the diagnosis process, the screening group was adopted with the Los Angeles Pre-hospital Stroke Screen (LAPSS). Their respective results were measured with the clinical standard diagnosis result. Results It reflected a shorter duration and a higher accuracy of diagnosis of the screening group than those of the control group with a significant difference ,P<0.05. Conclusion LAPSS is considered being valuable in pre-hospital stroke diagnosis, which may be used for reference in pre-hospital stroke diagnosis process.
