The working principle of a clamping and sealing device of temperature compensation for differential sensors is intro-duced in this paper. The leakage of pressure on differential sensors during temperature compensation is reduced by improvement on the device, which is helpful to save time, labor and space, and to improve the pass rate and efficiency of temperature compensation.
