目的：观察雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法将70例经内镜检查确诊为慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组35例用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊+克拉霉素分散片+香砂养胃片；对照组用35例雷尼替丁+硫糖铝+甲硝唑B6.均为7d1疗程，治疗3疗程停药，30d后复查胃镜。结果治疗组治愈显效率88.57%，HP转阴率83.87%；对照组治愈显效率68.57%，HP转阴率64.51%。两组相比较有显著性差异P＜0.05。结论雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊三联疗法是治疗慢性胃炎的有效方法。

Objiective to observe the ray Bel a thiazole soudium intestines dissolving capsule sanlian therapy to cure chronic gastritis curative effect.
