    Perfection of medicine acquisition procedures had settled the problems of long queues and crowdedness in front of the medicine-acquiring service window and reduced conlficts between patients and medical personnel. Consequently, with maintenance of the outpatient service in good order and sharp reduction of the medicine-acquiring time, patients showed greater satisfaction to the services.
