目的：观察青藤碱联合医用臭氧局部注射治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法腰背肌筋膜炎患者60例，随机分为两组，每组30例。观察组采用青藤碱联合医用臭氧局部注射，对照组单纯使用青藤碱局部注射。结果观察组治愈率为76.67%，对照组有效率为43.33%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论青藤碱联合医用臭氧局部注射治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效显著。
目的：觀察青籐堿聯閤醫用臭氧跼部註射治療腰揹肌觔膜炎的臨床療效。方法腰揹肌觔膜炎患者60例，隨機分為兩組，每組30例。觀察組採用青籐堿聯閤醫用臭氧跼部註射，對照組單純使用青籐堿跼部註射。結果觀察組治愈率為76.67%，對照組有效率為43.33%，兩組比較有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。結論青籐堿聯閤醫用臭氧跼部註射治療腰揹肌觔膜炎療效顯著。
목적：관찰청등감연합의용취양국부주사치료요배기근막염적림상료효。방법요배기근막염환자60례，수궤분위량조，매조30례。관찰조채용청등감연합의용취양국부주사，대조조단순사용청등감국부주사。결과관찰조치유솔위76.67%，대조조유효솔위43.33%，량조비교유현저성차이（P＜0.05）。결론청등감연합의용취양국부주사치료요배기근막염료효현저。
Objective To explore the effect of Sinomenine combined with medical ozone in the treatment of Low Back Muscle Fasci tis by local injection.Methods sixty Patients of Low Back Muscle Fasci tis were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 each.The Treatment group was injected Sinomenine combined with medical ozone. The control group were injected with Sinomenine. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the Treatment group is 76.67% ,the Control group is 43.33% , Statistical y,there were significant differences between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion sinomenine combined with medical ozone in the treatment of Low Back muscle fasci tis by local injection can increase the clinical efficacy.
