目的：探讨分析心痛定联合卡托普利对肾性高血压的治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年7月-2013年7月收治的88例肾性高血压患者为研究对象，将其随机分成两组，观察组48例患者给予心痛定联合卡托普利治疗；对照组40例患者单纯给予利血平治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93.7%，显著高于对照组72.5%，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率25.0%显著低于对照组10.4%，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论心痛定联合卡托普利对肾性高血压的治疗效果较显著，其能迅速降低血压，保护肾脏，提高患者生活质量，值得临床应用推广。
목적：탐토분석심통정연합잡탁보리대신성고혈압적치료효과。방법선취아원2012년7월-2013년7월수치적88례신성고혈압환자위연구대상，장기수궤분성량조，관찰조48례환자급여심통정연합잡탁보리치료；대조조40례환자단순급여리혈평치료，관찰량조치료효과。결과관찰조환자림상치료총유효솔위93.7%，현저고우대조조72.5%，차이구유통계학의의（p<0.05）；관찰조불량반응발생솔25.0%현저저우대조조10.4%，차이구유통계학의의（p<0.05）。결론심통정연합잡탁보리대신성고혈압적치료효과교현저，기능신속강저혈압，보호신장，제고환자생활질량，치득림상응용추엄。
Objective To investigate the analysis of nifedipine and captopril treatment of renal hypertension. Methods in our hospital in July 2012, July 2013 treated 88 cases of renal hypertension in patients for the study were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group, 48 cases were treated with nifedipine and captopril treatment; control group 40 patients given reserpine treatment alone were observed therapeutic effect. The results of clinical observation of patients total effective rate was 93.7%, significantly higher than 72.5%, the difference was statistical y significant (p <0.05); adverse reaction rates of 25.0% in the observation group was significantly lower than 10.4% in the control group, the difference statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion nifedipine and captopril on renal hypertension treatment more significant, it can rapidly lower blood pressure, protect the kidneys and improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application of the promotion.
