网络教学平台是在线学习的技术基础,对MOOCs(大规模开放在线课程)也不例外,平台的发展从一个侧面反映MOOCs发展的动态和趋势。首先从三个方面综述了MOOC平台的发展态势,从三大典型MOOC平台认识到自身不足而加速研发,各个国家积极推进自身MOOC平台的建设,以及网络教学平台的主流研发机构为顺应MOOC潮流而推出新平台;进而从技术创新、市场竞争、平台运营权和本土化教育教学需要四个方面探讨了MOOC平台多元化和本土化创新发展的内在动力;最后分析了MOOC平台多元化和本土化创新发展将给高等教育和远程教育带来的影响,体现在支持高校混合教学改革、学习分析技术的应用促进数字化学习的研究与实践、促进开放与远程教育的进一步发展。
網絡教學平檯是在線學習的技術基礎,對MOOCs(大規模開放在線課程)也不例外,平檯的髮展從一箇側麵反映MOOCs髮展的動態和趨勢。首先從三箇方麵綜述瞭MOOC平檯的髮展態勢,從三大典型MOOC平檯認識到自身不足而加速研髮,各箇國傢積極推進自身MOOC平檯的建設,以及網絡教學平檯的主流研髮機構為順應MOOC潮流而推齣新平檯;進而從技術創新、市場競爭、平檯運營權和本土化教育教學需要四箇方麵探討瞭MOOC平檯多元化和本土化創新髮展的內在動力;最後分析瞭MOOC平檯多元化和本土化創新髮展將給高等教育和遠程教育帶來的影響,體現在支持高校混閤教學改革、學習分析技術的應用促進數字化學習的研究與實踐、促進開放與遠程教育的進一步髮展。

E-learning platform is the supporting technology of online learning, so is MOOC (Massive Open Online Course). The development of the platform would be an indicator of the dynamic trend of MOOC progress. The development of MOOC platforms is first discussed in the paper from three aspects: the typical MOOC ventures begin to realize the deficiencies of their learning plat-forms and speed up the research and development;many countries develop their own MOOC platforms;and the traditional providers of learning management systems publish their MOOC-version platforms. Then the internal impetus to the diversified and localized inno-vative development of the MOOC platforms are explored, including technology innovation, market competition, platform management right, and meeting the requirement of local educational issues. Finally some influences of the diversified and innovative development of MOOC platforms on higher education and distance education are analyzed in the paper, such as facilitating blended teaching in uni-versities, improving the research and practice of E-learning through application of the learning analytics, and further promoting the development of open and distance education.
