目的：观察孟鲁司特钠联合抗生素、布地奈德雾化治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效和安全性。方法将100例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者随机分成两组，给予静脉抗感染，止咳化痰，布地奈德、地塞米松雾化治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片，对比观察2组疗效，共2周。结果治愈率治疗组96%，对照组64%，治疗组明显优于对照组（ p<0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合抗生素、布地奈德雾化治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎有较好的疗效。
목적：관찰맹로사특납연합항생소、포지내덕무화치료소인천식성지기관염적료효화안전성。방법장100례소인천식성지기관염환자수궤분성량조，급여정맥항감염，지해화담，포지내덕、지새미송무화치료，치료조재대조조기출상가복맹로사특납저작편，대비관찰2조료효，공2주。결과치유솔치료조96%，대조조64%，치료조명현우우대조조（ p<0.05）。결론맹로사특납연합항생소、포지내덕무화치료소인천식성지기관염유교호적료효。
objective to observe the montelukast sodium with antibiotic, budesonide atomization treatment the curative effect and safety of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 100 patients with pediatric asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups, given intravenous fight infection, cough phlegm, budesonide, dexamethasone atomization treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of add montelukast sodium chewable, compared to observe the curative effect of two groups, a total of 2 weeks. Results 96% cure rate in treatment group, control group 64%, the treatment group was better than control group (p < 0.05). Conclusions montelukast sodium combined antibiotics, budesonide atomization treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis has good curative effect.
