目的:探讨了肺炎支原体肺炎患儿治疗前后血清IL-2,IL-8和β-防御素-2水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫法和酶联法对33例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿进行了治疗前后血清I L-2, I L-8和β-防御素-2水平检测,并与35名正常健康儿作比较。结果肺炎支原体肺炎患儿在治疗前血清I L-2,β-防御素-2水平非常显著地低于正常儿组(P<0.01),而IL-8水平又非常显著地高于正常儿组(P<0.01),经治疗2周后则与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),血清IL-8水平与IL-2,β-防御素-2水平呈显著免相差(r=-0.4782,-0.5018,P<0.01).结论血清IL-2,IL-8和β-防御素-2参与了肺炎支原体感染的全过程,检测这些细胞因子的变化有助于诊断,治疗和预后,具有一定的临床价值。

Objective:To explore the Clinical Significance of changes of Serum IL-2,IL-8 and Beta-Defensin-2 levels after treatment in pediatric patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:Serum IL-2,IL-8(with RIA),Serum Beta-Defensin-2 (with ELISA) levels were determined in 33 patients and 35 normal healthy children.Results:Before treatment,Serum IL-2,Beta-Defensin-2 levels were Significantly lower than those in Controls(P<0.01),but serum IL-8 levels were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01).after treatment for 2 weeks the levels in patients manifested no more different from those in controls(P>0.05),Serum IL-8 levels was negative correlated with serum IL-2 levels ,beta-Defensin-2 levels(r=-0.4782,-0.5018,P<0.01).Conclusions:The cytokines IL-2,IL-8 and keta-Defensin-2 might participate in the whole process of my coplasma infection,monitoring the changes of these cytokines could be healptul to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the diseases and provides certain clinical values.
