本文采用湿法消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中铅含量,分别从消解液种类、消解液用量和浸泡时间方面进行消解条件优化,从而建立适合的消解方法。茶叶样品以硝酸-高氯酸混合体系为消解液,浸泡6h,再结合石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,方法的精密度(RSD)为0.52%,样品加标回收率为98.6%~101.9%。
本文採用濕法消解石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定茶葉中鉛含量,分彆從消解液種類、消解液用量和浸泡時間方麵進行消解條件優化,從而建立適閤的消解方法。茶葉樣品以硝痠-高氯痠混閤體繫為消解液,浸泡6h,再結閤石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定,方法的精密度(RSD)為0.52%,樣品加標迴收率為98.6%~101.9%。

The study aimed to determine the lead in tea by using the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)with wet digestion. The digestion conditions were optimized separately from the digestion lfuid and soaking times and sample digestion quantity to establish the most appropriate digestion method. When HNO3-HClO4 mixed system was taken as the digestion liquid for digesting the tea samples with 6h soaking and the GFAAS was used to determine the Lead in the tea samples. The recovery was 98.6%-101.9%and the precise RSD was 0.52%.
