目的:探讨髌韧带病变的低场MRI表现特征。方法:回顾性分析71例临床诊断为髌韧带病变患者的临床及0.35TMRI资料。结果:髌韧带创伤56例,其中轻度损伤23例,表现为信号局部增高;中度损伤19例,表现为连续性部分中断、较大较厚的信号增高区域;重度(完全断裂)14例,表现为正常低信号完全中断为高信号取代、伴两侧断端收缩及髌骨移位。肌腱病(髌腱腱病)15例,表现为髌韧带近侧或远侧附着处信号增高、可伴韧带局部增厚。MRI还较好显示了伴发的其他病变。结论:MRI能较为准确评价髌韧带病变,具有应用价值。

목적:탐토빈인대병변적저장MRI표현특정。방법:회고성분석71례림상진단위빈인대병변환자적림상급0.35TMRI자료。결과:빈인대창상56례,기중경도손상23례,표현위신호국부증고;중도손상19례,표현위련속성부분중단、교대교후적신호증고구역;중도(완전단렬)14례,표현위정상저신호완전중단위고신호취대、반량측단단수축급빈골이위。기건병(빈건건병)15례,표현위빈인대근측혹원측부착처신호증고、가반인대국부증후。MRI환교호현시료반발적기타병변。결론:MRI능교위준학평개빈인대병변,구유응용개치。
Objective:To explore the low ifeld MRI performance characteristics of patellar ligament lesions. Methods:The clinical and 0.35T MRI imaging data of 71 patients with patellar ligament lesions conifrmed clinically were analyzed retrospectively. Results:56 cases were patellar tendon injury, 23 cases of them were mild injury, manifesting as increased local signal;moderate injury in 19 cases , manifesting as partial disruption of the ligament continuity, with increased signal larger in a thicker region;severe (complete rupture) in 14 cases, manifesting as the normal low signal completely disrupted, replaced by the high signal region, with the broken side contraction and the patella translocation. Tendinopathy (patellar tendinopathy)in 15 cases, manifesting as the increased signal in the proximal or distal attachment of the patellar ligament, may be associated with local thickening ligament region. MRI also shows better to the concomitant lesions of the knee joint. Conclusion:MRI can more accurately assess patellar ligament lesions,so which is worthy of application.
