目的:测定毛蕊花糖苷的油水分配系数。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定毛蕊花糖苷的浓度,结合摇瓶法,正辛醇-水系统测定毛蕊花糖苷的油水分配系数。结果在0~30μg/mL范围内,毛蕊花糖苷的浓度与吸光值成线性关系,相关系数为0.999;平均回收率为(102.16±0.703)%, RSD 为0.688%(n=3);油水分配系数为0.273, logP=-0.566(n=3),说明毛蕊花糖苷易溶于水。结论紫外分光光度法测定毛蕊花糖苷浓度操作简便,准确性好,可作为毛蕊花糖苷油水分配系数测定的方法。

목적:측정모예화당감적유수분배계수。방법채용자외분광광도법측정모예화당감적농도,결합요병법,정신순-수계통측정모예화당감적유수분배계수。결과재0~30μg/mL범위내,모예화당감적농도여흡광치성선성관계,상관계수위0.999;평균회수솔위(102.16±0.703)%, RSD 위0.688%(n=3);유수분배계수위0.273, logP=-0.566(n=3),설명모예화당감역용우수。결론자외분광광도법측정모예화당감농도조작간편,준학성호,가작위모예화당감유수분배계수측정적방법。
Objective To determine the oil-water partition coefficient of verbascoside. Method Ultra-violet spectrophotometry (UV) was used to determine the content of verbascoside. Shake-flash method, octa-nol-water system was employed to determine the oil-water partition coefficient of verbascoside. Results The content of verbascoside was linearly related to its absorbance values when the content was in the range of 0~30 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The average recovery was (102.16±0.703) %, with RSD of 0.688% (n=3). And the oil-water partition coefficient was 0.273, logP=-0.566 (n=3), which indicated that verbascoside could be freely dissolved in water. Conclusion The method for determination of verbascoside is simple and has good correctness in this study. It can be used to determine the oil-water partition coefficient of verbascoside.
