目的:探讨分析用天然型复合网孔状羟基磷灰石对牙周骨缺损患者进行修复的临床效果。方法:选取2012年10月~2013年10月间我院收治的牙周骨缺损患者72例(90颗)作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(24例)、对照组(24例)和参照组(24例),为研究组患者使用天然型复合网孔状羟基磷灰石进行修复,为对照组患者使用天然网孔状的羟基磷灰石进行修复,为参照组患者使用羟基磷灰石进行修复,分析三组患者的牙齿松动度和CAL情况。结果:在治疗后的第3个月和第6个月,研究组患者的牙松动度和CAL比对照组患者低,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组患者的牙松动度和CAL比参照组患者低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:使用天然型复合网孔状羟基磷灰对牙周骨缺损患者进行修复,效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。

목적:탐토분석용천연형복합망공상간기린회석대아주골결손환자진행수복적림상효과。방법:선취2012년10월~2013년10월간아원수치적아주골결손환자72례(90과)작위연구대상,장기수궤분위연구조(24례)、대조조(24례)화삼조조(24례),위연구조환자사용천연형복합망공상간기린회석진행수복,위대조조환자사용천연망공상적간기린회석진행수복,위삼조조환자사용간기린회석진행수복,분석삼조환자적아치송동도화CAL정황。결과:재치료후적제3개월화제6개월,연구조환자적아송동도화CAL비대조조환자저,차이현저(P<0.05);대조조환자적아송동도화CAL비삼조조환자저,차이현저(P<0.05)。결론:사용천연형복합망공상간기린회대아주골결손환자진행수복,효과현저,치득재림상상추엄화응용。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of natural composite-mesh hydroxyapatite for repair of periodontal defect. Methods: 72 cases (90 teeth) with periodontal defect treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected and divided into three groups randomly, each group for 24 cases. The research group was treated with natural composite-mesh hydroxyapatite, the control group was treated with natural mesh hydroxyapatite, and the reference group was treated with hydroxyapatite. The mobility and CAL of three groups was analyzed. Results:For the third month and the sixth month after treatment, the mobility and CAL of the research group was lower than that of the control group, which had evident difference(P<0.05), and the mobility and CAL of the control group was lower than that of the reference group, which had evident difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Natural composite-mesh hydroxyapatite for patients with periodontal defect not only has evident effect, but also has clinical application and research value.
