纠正意见是检察机关开展法律监督的重要手段之一。但现实规则中纠正意见的落实方式具有协商性和建议性特征，使得实践中纠正意见的实效程度堪忧，有强化纠正意见实效性的必要。强制性是检察监督权力属性的应有之意，纠正意见的程序效力是诉讼行为规律之必然反映，增强纠正意见的实效性是提高检察监督实效性的必然要求。应当从明确法律地位，规范适用程序、完善保障机制等方面入手，提高纠正意见检察监督方式的实效性。
