运用Pro/Engineer软件建立电梯曳引机承重梁的3D模型,采用Pro/Mechanica对其进行模态分析,得到了电梯曳引机承重梁的前8阶模态,频率在78.1~302.3 Hz之间,振动主要集中在前3阶,形式为弯曲,4阶以后振型为扭振。电梯采用电机作为驱动元件,其运行频率为25 Hz,远低于电梯曳引机承重梁的固有频率的1阶78.1 Hz,避免了电梯在运行过程中发生共振,其动态特性符合要求。

In this paper,Pro/Engineer was used to build the 3D model of elevator tractor’s fixer(ETF),and Pro/Mechanica was applied to conduct analysis of the model. Through the vibration modal analysis,there were 8 bands vibration frequencies and mode shapes,which were between 78.1 and 302.3Hz. The vibration was concentrated in the 1st to 3rd order with swing vibration and the others in the 4th to 8th order with torsional vibration. The dynamic properties of ETF was qualified, while the working frequency of elevator’ s driving was far away the 1st order.
