剖析了厌氧氨氧化菌种低温保藏的影响因素，系统总结了保藏温度、保护剂（海藻糖、二甲亚砜、甘油等）、保藏时间、基质及活性恢复措施的设置要点。最后指出，保藏厌氧氨氧化菌种时需根据优势菌的生理特性选择恰当的保藏条件。

This review analyzed the operational conditions for the cryopreservation of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) bacteria ,and summarized some key points including the preserving temperature ,protectant (trehalose , dimethyl sulfoxide ,glycerol and so on) ,the preserving time ,the preserving substrate and the measure of activity recovery . Finally this paper points out that the setting of proper preserving environment depended on physiological property of ANAMMOX dominant bacteria in mixed culture .
